Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping, and customer service related to their products.
Prohibited items (illegal, counterfeit, dangerous goods, etc.) are strictly forbidden.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must ensure payment information is valid and accurate.
Buyers agree to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in suspension of accounts.
6. Payments & Fees
Enshopreneur may charge service fees or transaction fees, which will be disclosed before completing a sale.
All payments must be made through authorized payment channels on the platform.
Enshopreneur is not responsible for disputes between Buyers and Sellers, but may assist in resolving them.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Post or sell illegal, stolen, or harmful items.
Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities.
Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of Enshopreneur are owned by or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Enshopreneur is a marketplace and does not own, control, or guarantee products sold by Sellers.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent/illegal activities.
11. Modifications
Enshopreneur reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
